  • Lisa Greenwood shares the following “thank you e-mail” from Grace United Methodist Church, the “host church” where our Youth Mission Team stayed on their recent mission trip to Walpole Island in Ontario, Canada:  Lisa: I assume you have made it home and my directions were sufficient.  Thank you and Christ UMC so much for the generous monetary donation. It was totally unexpected. We were happy to be able to welcome you to Michigan and make you feel as “at home” as possible. Hope your week went well though it rarely gets that hot here. The heat and humidity were oppressive. It was not to meet you and your youth. They are exceptional people. May God Bless you, your youth and all of Christ UMC. Hope to see you again. …Jim
