The Colonial Cafe & Restaurant on Baker Hill in Algonquin is hosting a collection box for monies for a CARDUNAL fundraiser. The CARDUNAL CROPWALK container is currently collecting monies to go towards the CARDUNAL rally in September. We’ll be sorting out items for individual meals and delivering them to the Fish and the Lake in the Hills Food Pantries. The goal is to collect $250 with this CARDUNAL container; then, partnering with the Illinois Food Bank, use those monies to purchase the items necessary to make 200 meals.
