This year Algonquin Founders’ Days commemorate its 55th year. Started in 1960 by a group of community volunteers, generations later it continues to be run by volunteers. Founders’ Days is truly a celebration of the community, put on by the community. This is where we ask for your help, we need to reach our community. It takes a couple hundred plus volunteers to run the festival properly. We are looking for volunteers; volunteer slots are normally 2-2.5 hours time increments.
