Here’s the CORRECTED coupon for the Colonial Fundraiser this coming Thursday, August 27th, 2015. PLEASE PRINT THIS COUPON and take it with you when you go for a delicious meal or treat this Thursday. When paying your bill, present the printed coupon and be sure to remind the cashier to drop your receipt in our “Little White Church” for credit to our Group: Christ United Methodist Church. The monies raised from the proceeds of this fundraiser will be combined with monies that were collected at Colonial in the CARDUNAL CROPWALK container earlier this summer (the goal is to collect $250); and will go toward the CARDUNAL rally in September. We’ll be sorting out items for individual meals and delivering them to the Fish Food Pantry and the Lake-in-the-Hills Interfaith Food Pantry. Then, partnering with the Illinois Food Bank, use those monies to purchase the items necessary to make 200 meals. All of the churches involved in this year’s CARDUNAL CROPWALK (October 18, 2015) are invited and encouraged to support this important effort to help end hunger in our local communities. note: Kim Aupperle is trying to make arrangements with the restaurant to have copies of the revised coupon at the restaurant; but hasn’t received their confirmation yet as to whether or not we’ll be able to do that, so please be sure to print the above coupon and take it with you.
