The Prayer Shawl Ministry, also known as the “Helping Hands” would love to have more people come and enjoy their fellowship when they crochet, knit, create and pray together as they make Prayer Shawls. Prayer Shawls reach out to those in need of comfort and solace, as well as in celebration and joy. All are welcome, even if you don’t already have these needlework skills—the Helping Hands would be happy to teach you these wonderful skills! They usually meet at church on the 2nd Monday of the month. You’re invited to join them at their next meeting on January 11th, at 1:30 pm.
