An Historic Commissioning in Worship this Sunday
Who are we as a Welcoming Church, especially with persons who identify with the LGBTQ community? Join us in prayer this Sunday as we further explore what it would mean for Christ United Methodist Church to publicly declare our affirmation of people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. During worship we will officially commission our RECONCILING MINISTRIES Task Force. Their mission is to listen to our concerns, to help us understand the issues, and to challenge us to give witness to how we believe Christ calls us today as a Welcoming Church.
