April 30, starting at 1:30, and it’s time to get ready for a most unusual dinner! You are invited to Death Over Dinner, (at the Pinecrest Golf Club, 11220 Algonquin Rd in Huntley). Most of us do not know how to talk about death and end-of-life issues. This invitation will give you permission and guidance to have a meaningful conversation.
Sharing a meal will help to create a comfortable environment and we will have information and conversation prompts with each of the 4 courses to facilitate the discussion. There will be time to share to learn from each other.
The cost is $30. The entrée choices are: Chicken Florentine, Tilapia or London Broil. Registration forms will be in the Sunday bulletins starting March 19. The forms with meal choice and payment need to be turned into the church office by April 23.
You will be able to say, “I survived a Death Over Dinner”!
