Join Pastor Ron and Linda Mullen for ‘Death over Dinner’ at 1:30pm on April 30th at the Pinecrest Golf Club in Huntley. This dinner is not ‘the discussion’, but it is to help people ‘have the discussion’.
Family members, friends and neighbors are all invited to attend. The cost is $27.50 per person. Checks should be payable to Christ United Methodist Church and have “Death Over Dinner” written on the memo line. Your meal options are Chicken Florentine, Tilapia, or London Broil. Use the green registration form in your Sunday bulletin to reserve your place at the table and make your meal choice. You can place your registration form along with your check either in the offering plate Sunday morning or in the basket on the church secretary’s desk. Registrations should be turned in no later than April 23rd.
End-of life issues are an important conversation to have and we want to encourage everyone to attend, but if attending would be financially difficult for you, please contact Pastor Ron. If you have any questions or would like more information, contact Linda Mullen.
