Mark June 4th on your calendars for a very important presentation on Five Wishes. Following our 10am worship service, JourneyCare’s Mary Helen Ekstam will explain Five Wishes. Talking to your family members about your medical wishes is a great start, but it is not enough. The Five Wishes is recognized by the medical community as a legal document detailing your advance directives and also allows you to assign your medical Power of Attorney.
