From it’s earliest days, the very heart of Southern Gospel has been the sweet harmony of quartets, and there is perhaps no sweeter sound than the tone of family harmony. Some of the most influential groups in Southern Gospel have been family groups including The Happy Goodman Family and The Hoppers, bringing Southern Gospel music some it’s most memorable songs. It’s this musical influence that has worked its way into the heart of the Anticipation Quartet whose main goal in both ministry and life is to see people saved through the message in their songs. They’ve been a crowd favorite over the years. And once again Christ United Methodist Church is delighted to be hosting their live concert at 5:00pm on Saturday, June 16th. Their music is inspirational, uplifting, and makes your soul feel good as they combine old and new Gospel music together!
