We are so excited about The Conquerors! And as we’re getting closer to the week of VBS, we still have a few things that need to be cared for:
…This Thursday, June 28th from 4:00 until 8:00pm our VBS Volunteers and Youth who want to be in the The Conquerors video are invited to come and embellish your VBS costume and add the final touches. Julie will be with us along with her abundance of supplies and ideas. And then we’ll be making our own music video in full costumes for our theme song!
ALL volunteers are also invited to participate. (we’ll be serving a light dinner)
…Our VBS kids & volunteers will need some nutritional sustenance as they receive spiritual nurturing during the week of VBS. The food lists & signups are on the bulletin board by the church office. Please stop by and take a look—the Snacks are for the VBS kids and the Light Appetizers are for the Adult Volunteers. Be sure to sign on the date that you’re going to provide the food, and include your phone number so we know who’s providing nourishment that day.
–Daily Light Appetizers for Adult Volunteers (to serve 12-15)
–Daily Snacks for the Kids at VBS (to serve 35-40). NOTE: if you sign up for one of these days, be sure to take YOUR day’s sheet that has the snack information on it for that day
