In a tribute to “New World Outlook”, the mission magazine of the United Methodist Board of Global Ministries, Thomas Kemper announced that the magazine’s final issue as a print publication will be in October. “What comes next is a matter of serious, prayerful consideration by Global Ministries’ directors and staff,” wrote Kemper, the mission agency’s top executive, in the magazine’s summer issue.
