Christ United Methodist Church now has an account with Elgin Recycling. They will credit us with the market value of pop cans and other recyclables. To arrange a pick-up, please send a text to Peter Stocco on his cell phone (call the church office at 847-669-9009 for Peter’s number). Then arrange to put the cans out for him so that he can get them on his way to work at Elgin Recycling.
They’ll also accept metals and other recyclables, including TV’s and monitors (fees for electronics may apply – you can reimburse the church). (click here for more information)
