We’ve received two checks this month. The smaller check, in the amount of $55.64, is a “dividend” which we earn when you stop by on Sunday, Wednesday or Saturday and present a current church bulletin. When you stop on these days, and remember to turn in your church bulletin, the Culver’s employee writes the amount of the sale on the bulletin. These totals accumulate, and when it totals over $50, we receive a check. Our larger check in amount of $338.83 represents ten percent of the gross sales during the time period church members worked on July 23. We also received tips which totaled $126.68. The money the Mission Team earns this calendar year will be distributed among several missions. The exact percentage distribution will be decided at a committee meeting this fall.
