Valarie Carbajal, MA LCPC, will present “Learn the signs and symptoms of when to seek help: Mental Health, Hope, Help and Healing” on Sunday, Nov 10 at 11:30 am. She provides outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in areas of special interest, including trauma, recovery, and coping skills for depression and anxiety.
