This weekend (April 26th-27th) our youth group is participating in World Vision’s 30 Hour Famine. Our Youth will be going without food to help others overcome hunger for good. It’s not too late to support their effort to end world hunger. Every $30 they raise can help feed and care for a child for a month! Or, if you prefer you may make a donation by check payable either to “World Vision” or “CUMC Youth Group”, and give it to Lisa Greenwood by Saturday, May 18th. Please keep our Youth in your prayers…ask God to bless and transform them as they overcome hunger; and that they grow closer to Christ and each other while developing a genuine heart for helping those in need. And pray for those will be the recipients benefiting from the effort of the 30 Hour Famine project world-wide.
