Last Sunday we had our 9th Annual Cookie Bake Sale, and we offer a ‘special Thank You’ to our faithful bakers! Once again we had another record year of Bakers and Buyers. And ‘Thanks!’ to all of my committed elves who joined me in sorting, packaging and selling dozens of cookies.
I am happy to report that we sold 80 pounds of cookies which even included snowmen and other delicious treats! The cookie sale brought in $420 to the church which is another new record. $100 will go towards the No More Malaria Fund, while distribution of the balance of the monies has yet to be determined.
