The Trustees would like to share the following procedure information, to keep you informed about how to purchase an item from CUMC: All requests to purchase item(s) that belong to the church must be brought to the church Trustee’s attention for approval to sell. Any item(s) to be sold to members must be in good, operable condition with no safety hazards present. After receiving approval from the Trustees to sell the item(s), an announcement will be made in the bulletin in addition to an email blast sent out for two weeks. Those interested in the item(s) must provide a bid. At the end of the two week period the highest bidder will receive the item(s). This procedure also applies to items belonging to the church that members would like to discard.
