Bethlehem Marketplace Our annual “Bethlehem Marketplace” will take place on Saturday, December 6th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. This wonderful experience for children is open to the public. They’ll have crafts to make, foods to taste and will have the opportunity to really experience what it was like to live in Bethlehem in Jesus’ time. Please check the signup sheet at church and see where we still need more volunteers. The activities include Leather Crafting, Jewelry Making, Rope Braiding, Dreidel Game & Songs, Spice Mulling, Candy Making, Bread Baking, Weaving, Beggars, Tax Collectors, and Roman Soldiers; and Shepherds and mysterious visitors from the East…and Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus! All supplies and recipes are furnished. We had such a wonderful time last year – won’t you join us for this year’s presentation? Please contact Janet Kleckner if you have any questions.
